Para o desenvolvimento do símbolo foi pensado em unir elementos que remetessem à pesca em um dia de sol, ao triângulo no centro da bandeira de Minas Gerais, referenciando "Mineiro" do nome da marca, e também, quando colorido, se referir às cores da bandeira do Amazonas utilizando-se do azul, já que o tambaqui é um peixe de origem amazônica. Já as outras cores utilizadas, marrom e bege, fazem menção a algo rústico, do interior, lembrando da comida feita na roça. A funcionalidade do símbolo é mantida quando em preto, branco, ou em outras cores.

For the development of the symbol, it was thought to unite elements that referred to fishing on a sunny day, to the triangle in the center of the Minas Gerais flag, referencing "Mineiro" from the brand's name, and also, when colored, referring to the colors of the flag of Amazonas using blue, since tambaqui is a fish of Amazonian origin. The other colors used, brown and beige, refer to something rustic, from the countryside, reminiscent of food cooked in the countryside. The functionality of the symbol is maintained when in black, white, or other colors.
